Standard radii are radii descriptions that were chosen as "NAMES" of the several radii in precision optics.
The actual radii of these tools normally deviate thereof by tenth of a percent
Actual radii are measured values and therefore vitally important for the optics design.
With the active measuring equipment the standard radii data can be taken into optics design in the future. The aberration will be considered and compensated in manufacturing.
